Create A Snippet

  1. Begin by navigating to the "Snippet" option in the navigation bar. Then click on the "Create" tab from the drop down menu.

  3. Choose a note category for your snippet, such as "Patient Note," "Communication," or "Educational."
  4. Select a snippet title that is concise and tailored to your preferences. Make it easy to remember.
  5. Add the content for your snippet, ensuring it adheres to your employer's and practice standards.
  6. Enclosing text in "[ ]" will make it dynamic, enabling you to modify it in the Snippet Text Editor before copying it.

  8. After creating your snippet, submit to save for future reference.
  9. You can access your created snippets in the "My Snippets" section within your account navigation bar.

Search Snippets

  1. Begin by searching in the navigation bar using the search bar. Type your query into the "Search Snippets" option in the navigation menu to find a snippet.

  3. Filter snippets by title to narrow down your search. When the button is green, it means you are filtering by title. You can filter by title in the navbar for quicker returns when searching via titles.

  5. Click on a snippet to update its title if it's one you created or view the existing title.

  7. You can also filter by "My Snippets", which includes any snippet that you created or saved.

  9. Click the save to save a snippet. It will then be saved and be available in the "Saved" tab in the account navigation bar.

  11. You can also browse snippets by "New" to see the latest additions or by "Top" to view the most saved snippets.

Snippet Text Editor

  1. When creating a snippet, use square brackets "[ ]" to mark text that you want to customize later in the Snippet Text Editor. This allows you to make dynamic changes before copying the snippet.

  3. If you need to add snippets to your content, click the icon. You can add as many snippets as you like for further editing.

  5. To scroll down to the Snippet Text Editor after adding a snippet, simply click the icon.

  7. In the sample image below, you can see how "40" was changed to "35," and you can modify text like "step length and slow down pace." Any underlined text in the Snippet Text Editor is customizable by clicking on it or pressing the tab key.

  9. When you copy a snippet using the copy button, it will copy without the "[]" brackets.
