Getting Started: Navigating docuSnippets

Navigation Bar

First, familiarize yourself with the navigation bar, your gateway to essential features, tools, and account settings. You can access your account from either the account button or by clicking on your username.

To access the AI Assistant, click on "AI Assistant" in the top navigation bar. You can also access the "Snippets" dropdown menu, where you can create a new snippet or browse snippets by "New" or "Top"—ranked by the most saved snippets. This tool will continue to improve as our community grows.

Your Account Tabs

Discover the functions and options available in your account.

• Username: Access your account and update account information and preferences.
• My AI Assistant: View your previous AI documentation responses.
• My Custom Notes: Create, edit, and organize custom note templates that the AI can use to generate documentation. You can also reorder and update these templates.
• My Snippets: Access snippets you’ve created.
• Saved: Browse snippets you've saved from other users.
• Quick Saves: Evolving quick note section to capture fast documentation; more features coming soon.
• Friends: Follow other users to access their snippets and custom notes.
• Inbox: Quickly send messages to other users within the app.
