This section provides step-by-step guidance to keep your account secure, personalize your profile, and ensure you can access all of the features available in docuSnippets.

Account Profile

Your profile helps personalize your docuSnippets experience and makes it easier for others (like collaborators or team members) to know who you are. You can update basic details such as your State, Designation, and About Me section. Keeping this information up to date makes your account feel more complete and professional.

To update your profile information:

  • Navigate to your Account Page.
  • Scroll down to the User Profile section.
  • Edit fields such as State, Designation, or About Me. These are optional but can help tailor your experience.
  • Click Save to apply your changes.

Tip: Use the “About Me” field to describe your role, interests, or how you use docuSnippets. This helps personalize your workspace.

Account & Security

The Account & Security section allows you to manage two of the most important parts of your account: your email address and your password. Keeping these details current is essential for protecting your account and ensuring uninterrupted access to docuSnippets.

Updating Your Email

Your email is tied to login, notifications, and account recovery. Always keep this up to date, especially if you change work or personal email addresses. To update:

  • Go to the Account & Security section in your settings.
  • In the Email field, type your new address.
  • Enter your current password to verify your identity.
  • Click Save to finish.

Note: Once updated, you’ll need to use this new email for all future logins. Double-check spelling before saving.

Updating Your Password

A strong password keeps your account safe. Update it regularly, or immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity. To change it:

  • In Account & Security, enter your current password.
  • Enter your new password and confirm it.
  • Click Save to apply changes.

Best practice: Choose a password with at least 8 characters, mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other accounts.

Subscription Management

Subscriptions unlock access to premium features, giving you more flexibility and tools within docuSnippets. Whether you’re upgrading, canceling, or reactivating, all options are available under your subscription settings.

Start by clicking the Manage Subscription Button underneath your username. This opens account options where you’ll find Subscription Management.

Upgrading to Premium

If you’re using a free basic account, you can upgrade to unlock features like enhanced snippet storage, AI tools, and advanced customization. You can choose between Monthly or Yearly plans:

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel, simply click Cancel Subscription. Your premium features will remain available until the current billing cycle ends, so you can continue using them until your plan officially expires.

Resuming Premium

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription at any time. Reactivation ensures you don’t lose access to premium tools and lets you pick up right where you left off.
